    Hi, I’m Zach.
    I’m a board-certified Clinical Professional Counselor, Clinical Addictions Counselor, and a board-approved Professional Counselor Supervisor. I’ve spent over 7,500 hours working with men across a wide range of settings—from Division I athletics to prisons, and just about everywhere in between.

    I’ve seen how stress, pressure, addiction, burnout, and unprocessed emotions show up differently in men - often as anger, shutdown, overwork, or feeling stuck rather than sadness alone. My work is grounded in science and focused on practical tools that help men regulate stress, strengthen their mindset, and lead themselves with clarity and confidence.
